56,000 Names (WWG 34)

56,000  names.

Brothers and sisters.

Who never get older

A conflict

A Fools chase

Like most of them.

Some are across the river and up the hill

It was the least Command could do.

Older brothers and sisters

Who came back are old now

Maybe it is time to thank them.
